Expanding Your Heart –
Offering Your Heart Gives Rewards or Introspection
She offered her expanding loving ways, her respect, heart and care and her acceptance of him.
Her heart is of exceptional value.
She was vulnerable. She was not willing to hold back from care and compassion.
She chose to be open and honest, communicative and relational.
She knew it was a risk, to be open like she had become. She knew acceptance was a possibility but also rejection, an undesired possibility.
She realized that life has no time for not speaking, not giving, not caring, not loving.
She expanded her emtions without trying. Yes, it often hurts but life is worth the offering.
Learning Lessons of the Expanded Heart
The lesson learned can either be, he appreciated her kindness and willingness to share, or that she would be denied the opportunity to extend her heart toward him.
There is always risk in any friendship, in any relationship, but if we take no chances we receive no reward.
If fearful of a broken or wounded heart, it might be best to keep your heart closed. Should you choose to take the risk of a vulnerable heart, you may reap huge benefits. Loving others is not always a smooth path and becomes complicated.
Complications can be overcome. Acceptance is respect and honor toward anyone with whom you choose to accept.
Breathe easily when you are accepted. If you are not accepted, move on. Life is often difficult but also simple sometimes. An emotionally distant person has no trouble with moving on but a caring individual has to work their way through the emotions and distress – knowing truth of the relationship. Whether love or friendship it is painful to give up these commitments; it takes time to let go although that person may always be in your thoughts and prayers.
Fighting the inevitable is too taxing. Relieve yourself of wondering if you count. Make sure you count. Go in peace.
Lessons in life often cause wounds but we can be mended, and the lessons can bring about fullness and acceptance, eventually.
Be a person who is not fearful of opening, loving and elevating life for everyone who crosses your path.
Our greatest example is seen in God who loves us in spite of who we become, in spite of the fact that we do not like to listen. He simply loves us more than can be explained. We must accept that love and share it with others.
