Learn to Live Strong
Strength is learned, is earned and becomes a part of you so that you can walk your path in anticipation and joy.
Some people break like glass when they are knocked backwards. They are fragile, weak and do not live with a strong attitude of perseverance or hope for a better day. If we want miserable lives we can live that way but learning to live strong is the only walkway that brings expectancy and happiness.
Being strong doesn’t prove much but living in strength through our obstacles and inconveniences helps us master daily living. We can live in misery or decide to be strong – it all takes effort. No one really wants to be miserable but some people fool us because they never try to get out from under their circumstances and discomforts. Strength comes slowly just as complete faith comes through trails and testings. If we buckle under constant storms and sit around soaking wet from life’s rains, we will never see the sun shine. When winds wreck havoc on your property and the trees bend beneath the strong weather, they are being made strong. The branches that bend and break, needed pruning or needed more strength. They may have done their duty and now are worthless. Do you want to be worthless or useful?
I want to touch lives and hearts and show strength of heart and mind when I meet someone. My strength comes from above and I know that in my weakness, I can become strong because of my faith. It is often the process of life that shows us opportunities that we would not have known. When you open the hard crusty dinner roll and see the soft, sweetness within, you have opened a new possibility; a delicious delicacy for your taste and enjoyment. So also, when we walk through the storm and into the peaceful calm, we see the value of our faith and our strength. Clouds come but remember that they always move on. Storms roar but they never stay long; they move on.
Have hope. Have faith. Have a resolve that you cannot be weak because you are to show others the way.
Live strong by earning strength and making it a part of your decision-making, your actions and your words to encourage others. Walk your path in anticipation and joy, expectantly excited every day.
I love that you stop by and read my words. Be blessed. Bloom more.
