Preschool Children Are So Hopeful
As I walked into the one to three-year old playroom I was overcome with a feeling of sweetness, warmth, love and expectancy. I wanted to look at the faces of cuteness and share some of their warmth and joy in life.
At Pre-School children learn to interact, communicate with new children and grow strong in mind and body.
I had to smile at their differences, not only in their looks but in their reactions when someone walks in the door.
All of the children look expectantly to see if it is something good or, I’m assuming, to see if it is someone they know.
The little one I went to pick up saw me, jumped up, grabbed her blanket and ran to me with a look of total joy and relief.
Although the playing and the friends are fun, these children are a little too young to completely appreciate the bonding and social interactions. They are young and do not care to share or spend too much time making close friends.
To see the little legs running around as though they had planned their day is quite sweet. To watch them change their minds and do something else on the moment was funny. If you want to smile, watch little children being joyful and having fun exploring and learning. Preschool children are hopeful about the day and the activity.
As you look at the world and each day live into your purpose – you should also be expectant and joyful at the thought of new opportunities and familiar comforts. I love it when someone shows expectancy and anticipation. Sometimes before going on a trip or meeting friends the anticipation is very exciting. Children show these feelings without reservation.
Show everyone your expectancy at what life has to offer you. Live each day as though God made it so that you can succeed and follow his path for you. He does know you. He does care. He does want you to love him and come to him for your focus. Children do not realize they have purpose but they work everyday toward finding personal purpose.
Be brave when going down those slides. Be strong when holding onto the rails of the train. Be expectant as you look toward climbing that tower to look to the other side. Hang on tight but with a sense of joy and a knowledge that you are traveling your truth through His direction. Be hopeful.
