What is being thin?
I have a friend who exercises and then goes out to eat or eats more than normal because she justifies the work-out and the right to eat because she’s done her duty to her better thinner healthy life. That is often an even trade – or is it? What we must realize is that in order to burn the 3500 calories that make up one pound, it takes combined effort of moving the body and being very careful of the calories we take in each day. What is being thin? We have to burn more calories than we eat in order to become thinner.

You can graze all day if and only if you choose the correct foods, the proper portions and never eat when you are full. You have possibly heard that you should never eat after 6pm. My experience proves that if you do eat after 6, make it a protein snack. You will also feel better in the morning than if you’d eaten carbohydrates or something sweet.
