I’m Jan and I write and speak to empower women. I am an author, speaker, mentor and health coach. I have been a career business woman for many years.

I have interviewed many women who have lived varied lives. Some women have grown, shared, loved deeply and lost much in life. As I interviewed them or read their blog answers to my questions, I could see the emotions of raw pain, enduring commitment and overwhelming resilience. I experienced inner beauty shining out from their hearts. I felt their warmth and compassion. Tears flowed at times. Laughter and joy was prevalent so much of the time. This journey was one I would not have missed. I hope you join the journey. I am blessed by those who talked with me or wrote to me. I am encouraged and inspired as you will be when you read Bloom Girl Bloom. We are connected. We must stand together, supporting one another, in loving kindness and draped in grace. We are to give what we’ve so easily been offered.

As I speak to groups and receive feed-back – I understand more fully what women need and how they are empowered, strong and brave to live a life with purpose – intentionally. Be blessed and bloom.

 

My mission is to impact others to grow and bloom at all times, by offering strength stories and life experiences – from woman to woman. We can learn through our shared emotions, gather our memories and look forward to living into our ultimate purpose. The words will touch your heart and you will laugh and experience tears. Flourishing is our goal. Overcoming spirits shine in my book. Women are amazing and empowered by faith, love, hope, joy given by our Creator.

We can offer laughter and smiles and hope. We can be a lighthouse near the rocks, a shelter in the storm, a soft shoulder to lean on, a strong and fierce spirit to encourage others. I want this journey to make you thoughtful, to lift you and make you smile and I hope you will not miss it. To show you, through the words of real women how we touch lives and hearts, not only inside our friendships and communities but also outside of ourselves and our geographical reach.
