Our lives prove that –
Life is very difficult at times – but remember – times will change. The degree of difficulty increases but also decreases.
As she sits in sadness, with the shutters closed and her phone turned off – she suffers. She wants to live in the dark with no energy and no joy because she’s depressed and down. Life has not treated her kindly and if she counted all the losses and disappointments the list would be huge. Where will making a list of sad times get her? No where. Encouraging words for difficult times are essential to living a fully productive life.
I know women who would rather complain or pile their troubles on everyone for more attention. These people want to be the center of attention; they love for others to feel sorry for them – or – just maybe – life has just hit them one time too many; they can’t find their way out.
When you are struggling or sad, set your mind to thinking of ways to improve your day, one by one. Think behind the moments happenings and go into your peaceful place.
Focus on what is happy and beautiful about your life. Think of people who care about you and share with you.
Honor the things inside you that transform you into a positive mindset.
Look around you at the problems of others and see how small your troubles may seem in a week or two. As you grow into a deeper awareness of other people and their issues, you will realize that you may be of great assistance to them. Sharing our struggles with each other is amazingly therapeutic.
Laugh and stretch your possibilities. Make new friends. Enhance your life through trying new adventures and reading new material.
A woman asked me once, “Does God want me to hurt so much?” I answered confidently and surely, “No, He wants the best for you, He wants you to find real joy and His love can do that for you through healing.”
Focus your life on what you can do to make this world a better place. Make a call to someone to encourage them. Send a fabulous email to ‘make someone’s day’. Be stronger as you realize that life is for living and determine to live into much fuller blossoming.
Find things that make you laugh. What gives you joyful moments? Where do you find peace? Relax, rest, pray, give and love more today than you did yesterday. Kindness is all around you – take it gladly and pass it on. You will retain much kindness and the kindness you give away toward someone else will multiply. You’ll love the way it feels!
Be inspired to live a life that shows other people how intent you are on living your truth and your purpose. Be the best at what you do or keep trying to make changes.
