If you are dragging these days and indulging in unhealthy foods and activities, think about your energy. How much damage have you done to your energy levels? You need to relax but you should also feel energized and excited about life. Energy lost is a serious problem when you have so much to do.
If you are tired all the time and want to take a nap, something may be wrong. If your life no longer fun because you are worn out or you are not feeling good, you cannot enjoy life.
If lack of energy is a problem it make be explained by life changes. Trying to keep up our schedules and commitments are more difficult. Caffeine might help for a while but lacking energy is a much deeper problem. It cannot be solved long-term with quick stimuli. Fast fixes might last long enough in order for you to play with your children for a short while; or simply to get you through your day.
If you have nothing left, something is wrong. Start with your diet. Write down how much sugar, flour, caffeine and junk food you eat. It is shocking to realize the levels of sugar added to most foods;ones where sugar is unexpected.
Eat more fresh and frozen greens – they will assist in boosting your energy levels. Without good balance our bodies do not work with efficient precision.
Your energy may be lacking because of your overall ill health. Your nutrition might not be at the levels needed for a vibrant life. You may need to detox.
If you are overweight, it is understood that you will not have much energy. You’ll want to sit down all the time. You may not be able to get up and down easily. You may huff and puff and your heart is over-stressed.
You may need to learn to laugh and know real joy. You may need to begin moving your body by walking, Yoga, Zumba or something that will help!
Your state of mind may be in sadness or depression. The best way to regroup is to do it naturally. Get rest, find things to smile about, talk to someone you trust. Make sure you are eating properly and adding nutritious choices to all your meals. Extra stimulants and ‘things to get you going’ don’t help for long or you might become dependent on them. Dependency often causes more dependency on other medications or addictions.
Get plenty of deep breath oxygen – take minutes a day to breath completely emptying your lungs and refilling. Use anti-oxidant foods and probiotics. Energy lost is not normal.
Do everything you can to build up your cellular energy. By using unnatural products, we try to fool our systems. When artificial substances are placed in our bodies – we often cannot break-down and utilize the products.
You are accountable for your own health. Research energy and power foods.
